min: period october - march (excluded festivity-periods)
max:period april - september

Included in the price: Light, water, gas, usage of swimming-pool.
Not included in the price: heating in winter.

Min. stays:
from April to October: 1 week
from November to march: 2 days (excluded festivity-periods)

Caution-money: 30%, choose the conditions of payment of the caution-money through transfer-order or postal-order.
